05 Sep Blessings in Disguise | Part 2.
Text from Substack feature
“The message of the day is don’t give up, 5 minutes before your miracle. I embraced this message this morning after talking to someone very important to me. We were talking about people’s attitudes and how we view things in our lives. So often it’s so easy to dwell in the sadness or feel like things aren’t working out for us, and not being able to see the unseen and how progress is actually happening for us. I find that in life, patterns repeat themselves, and I believe that the universe teaches you things that will always work out for you. It’s a hard thing to accept, even for myself. I am not going to sit here and lie and say, “Oh, it’s the easiest thing to realize all things work out in your favor”. However, if you can practice and acknowledge that, you’ll find yourself in so many situations where the problems you experience are blessings in disguise.”
Continuation
A lot of times, people say, “Bouj, why are you always so happy? How come you could just dust things off your shoulder?” I’d like to tell them that it takes practice, it takes consistency. It takes a village to help with that, and knowing who you could depend on is beneficial. Always ask yourself if attitude was contagious, is your perspective towards the situation worth dwelling on? A lot of times it’s not worth it. Whenever you have time, reflect on somebody who has a great and healthy attitude towards things and see where you can apply those habits in your life. See where you can extract goodness from what you thought was a bad situation.
The purpose of this message is to push yourself to have a better attitude towards your experiences and not to lose sight of your dreams, 5 minutes before your miracle appears. Make sure your attitude is contagious in a good way because energy rubs off on people. I hope this helps. Until the next time, keep positive!
